We have been notified that a customer with a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was present in our Woolworths Box Hill store on Monday 12 October.

Whilst we have been advised that the risk to customers and team members is low, the safety and wellbeing of the local community is our priority.

As a food retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place, and the store had a detailed deep clean overnight on Wednesday 14 October.

Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Woolworths Box Hill supermarket.

Any customers who shopped in our Box Hill store on Friday October 16 and feel unwell in the next two weeks should make contact with the health authorities.
