We have been notified that a customer with a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was present in our Woolworths Browns Plains store on Sunday 9th, Monday 10th and Wednesday 19th August.
Whilst we have been advised that the risk to customers and team members is low, the safety and wellbeing of the local community is our priority.
As a food retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place, and the store had a detailed deep clean overnight on Saturday 22 August.
Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Woolworths Browns Plains supermarket.
Any customers who shopped in our Browns Plains store on Sunday 9th, Monday 10th or Wednesday 19th August and feel unwell in the next two weeks should make contact with the health authorities.
