We were notified on Tuesday 17th November 2020 that a customer who visited the BIG W Elizabeth SA store on Saturday 14th of November between 12:00pm and 12:10pm has been confirmed with a positive case of Coronavirus.
As a responsible retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place, and the store has undergone an additional deep clean.
The wellbeing of our customers, team and communities is our highest priority, and in line with public health advice, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure ongoing safety in our stores.
