We have been notified that a customer with a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was present in our Woolworths Springvale store on Monday 1 February.

Under the advice of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the store closed for a period of time on Thursday 4 February for a detailed deep clean. It has since reopened.

As a food retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place. Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Woolworths Springvale supermarket.

Any customers who shopped in our Springvale store on Monday 1 February and feel unwell in the next two weeks should make contact with the health authorities.
